Data we collect

Account details (name, phone), location during active deliveries, payment metadata (we do not store full card or M-Pesa PINs), and device information for security and support.

How we use it

To match deliveries, show live tracking and ETAs, process payments, prevent fraud, verify driver identity, and improve the service.

Location data

Driver and delivery locations are used to power real-time tracking and routing. Customers can track an active delivery; location is not shared beyond what a delivery requires.

Sharing

We share only what's needed to complete a delivery (e.g. between customer, driver, and the business that booked it) and with payment/SMS providers. We do not sell personal data.
